At MOOF, we pride ourselves on having certified agents who embody our core values and provide exceptional service to our clients. Our certification process ensures that every agent meets rigorous standards and is committed to our mission of creating positive experiences. Here’s an overview of our certification requirements and core values.
Certification Requirements for MOOF Agents
Internal Procedures :

  1. Client Certification Classes: Attend all required client certification classes like “Fair housing, etc. etc. 

  2. Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate positive customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction over commission.

  3. Professional Advertising: Use professional photos, videos in all ads. Accurately represents properties as they are.

  4. Certification Agreement: Agents sign and agree to a strict set of Rules they will follow  "I Agree to the Certification Rules" document.

Experience Verification:

  • Rentals: Agents must have completed at least 10 transactions

  • Sales: Complete 6 transactions.

  • Commercial: Complete 6 transactions.

  • Profile Completion: Complete SE profile.

  • Testing: Pass sales, rental, and fair housing tests.

  • Company Representation: List MOOF as the company they work for on Facebook.

  • Reviews: Have no negative reviews and a minimum of 10 positive reviews on Yelp or Google.
