The lodge is a ~13500 sqft 13BR/13BA with a huge porch, offering rustic appeal but with modern comforts. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom!
The space
-The 13BR/13BA lodge is about 50 yards from the lake, with a gravel path leading down to the water.
-There is a wood firepit between the lodge and the lake.
-The lakehouse includes exclusive access to the fishing pier/boathouse.
-A huge back porch looks out over the lake, and has a propane gas grill and hibachi grill.
-A ranch foreman lives across the lake inlet in a separate dwelling. The dwelling is a duplex, a half of the duplex is rented out as well. He is available for questions and emergencies. This ranch is also used for guided hunting and the gun range (about 100 yards away) is sometimes in use under foreman supervision.

-Feel free to spend time on the pier and boathouse!
-There are 3 kayaks and one small aluminum boat available for use for free! Only non-motorized boats are allowed.
