The estate has 4 homes, sleeps 29 guests, has 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The property is available exclusively for a single family or group at a time, ensuring privacy and a seamless, uninterrupted stay. Accommodations can be chosen based on your guest count. Starting with the main house, Black Bear Manor is the heart BLCK Creek - sleeping 12, with five spacious bedrooms, including luxurious bathrooms (three full bath and one 3/4 bath), ensuring privacy and comfort. Take advantage of culinary creativity in our gourmet chef’s kitchen or unwind in the expansive living space of the Family room. The property boasts new furniture and an updated, modern design that enhances its timeless elegance.

Upstairs via the grand staircase of Black Bear Manor, you will find the Loft perfect for entertaining family and friends or a quiet workspace. You will find board games, a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, and a Samsung TV. Take advantage of the sitting nook with a large window overlooking the 13-acre private lake with breathtaking views.

From the Main House, a stone path leads to White Tail Lodge – which sleeps up to six guests, with one full bathroom, hosting a clawfoot tub and standing shower. This home offers a three-season sunroom and a full kitchen. White Tail Lodge offers a blend of historic charm and modern luxury and access to an outdoor patio featuring a fireplace for s'mores and a gourmet BBQ grill. A staircase leads to the shared full bathroom and sleeping accommodations: one king bedroom, one full bedroom, a twin daybed room, and a bunk bedroom.

The house on the hill is Fox Cottage – sleeps three - hosting a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. Fox Cottage offers stunning views of the lake and a grand view of the estate. Fox Cottage is just steps away from the Hot tub.

Turtle Cove – sleeps three - with a 3/4 bath. Like Fox Cottage, the hot tub is just accessible by a short walk up a charming stone path.

Managed by Glasco Properties, a leader in luxury management, BLCK Creek has been meticulously maintained and recently opened to experience. Every detail is crafted to ensure your stay is both luxurious and comfortable, blending historic charm with modern conveniences.

Guest access:

There is parking for up to ten cars in the driveway.

Other things to note:

Turtle Cove and Fox Cottage are available from April 1 – November 30.
From December 1 – March 31, BLCK Creek is offered as a more intimate winter retreat featuring our two larger homes — Black Bear Manor and White Tail Lodge — which together accommodate up to 19 guests.

Group Size & Airbnb Bookings:

If booking through Airbnb, please note that we can host more than 16 guests — up to 29 total — for an additional charge. Accommodations will be allocated across the available houses based on your group size. Additional houses can be included for smaller groups at a reduced guest count fee.

Pet Policy:

We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee of $175 per dog. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

Events:

All events must be approved in advance. Any outside vendors must also be pre-approved and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
